The restaurant tour post!

Hi Guys! I've been meaning to do a restaurant post to shout out to the awesome places Kristin Cast and I ate while we were on tour - so here we go! After some health issues about a year and a half ago my Significant Other and I went on a 40 day Master Cleanse, and then switched to entirely vegan. I stay at least 90% raw, eating only living, plant-based, non-processed foods. ALL of my health problems are gone. ALL of my prescription medications are gone. I'm healthy, in awesome shape, and loving life! For those of you who also live a raw, vegan lifestyle, you know that it can be challenging when you travel. Well, Kristin Cast, who is mostly vegan, and I found some really wonderful restaurants, and we'd like to share them with you! First, in Tulsa the only restaurant that really understands vegan is the lovely Cafe Samana. I just wish they would expand their hours! Whenever I'm in town you can definitely find me there! Next up is the totally fabulous Lov'n It Live not far from the Atlanta, GA airport. I loved loved loved this awesome restaurant!

On to Denver, where I discovered a lovely little restaurant called Nectar House - Raw Vegan Cafe and Elixir Bar, inside a cool yoga studio. If I lived in Denver (a city I adore!) I would definitely frequent this place AND use the yoga studio! And then came Chicago!! I love Chicago. Seriously. So it didn't surprise me to find what I'm going to add to my top 10 favorite restaurants worldwide in that wonderful city! Kristin and I fell in love with Karyn's Raw! Karyn has three restaurants in Chicago, and I'm sure all are delicious, but Kristin and I stuck with the raw restaurant the whole time we were there. And I bought Karyn's cookbooks! And I met Karyn herself - she was gracious and welcoming and beautiful. (We also met the gorgeous Tasha Smith there that night as well. Thank you Tasha for the Uber tip!) A big bunch of awesomesauce happened in yet another of my favorite cities, San Francisco. Kristin and I discovered Samover Tea Lounge. They have great vegan dishes (though it isn't a fully vegan or fully raw restaurant) and absolutely delicious tea! Love love love the Green Ecstasy! Later that night after our wonderful event at the Emeryville Barnes & Noble, we discovered Pause Wine Bar, a fully organic wine bar with a wonderful manager who had great vegan dinner recommendations! Finally, we got to Vancouver, BC (another city I love!), and the fantastic Naam on 4th Street. The music was as great as the food and the atmosphere! Thank you Naam! So, there you have it! My favorite restaurants from the REDEEMED Tour! If you're near any of them, please check them out! Here's to your health and happiness! XXXOOO PC

Hi PC!
I just cant stop thinking about the end of HoN. PLEEEEASE write a short story like 200 years later, when Heith and Jack meet Zoey and Damien again, telling us what happened with the Isle of Sky, and the circle and everything. Pleeease!
Also, wanted to tell you I read The goddess of spring, light and sea, and loved them, specially the goddess of spring. I thought it was so cool that the main character was around 40, and the way you describe the underworld. You are my favorite writer by far, and cant wait to read the next saga, but before that pleeeeease write about the future of the nerd herd.
Love,

M.
