OH MY GOD(DESS)!!

FABULOUS NEWS! My editor emailed me today saying that GODDESS OF THE ROSE is #38 on the Barnes and Noble romance mass market bestseller list!! Oh baby oh! In celebration, here's a wonderful image of Venus, the heroine of my next Goddess Summoning Book, GODDESS OF LOVE.

And now I have to watch some trash TV and finish my lovely glass of red wine. (I'll be popping some bubbly this weekend, never fear.) Project Runway is on, ya know...

Congrats P.C.! Way to go! I'm still waiting for my copy of "Rose" to come. I can't wait to read it. But as of right now, "Spring" is still my favorite Summoning book so far.

Congratulations! Utterly fantastic!

I purchased mine at a chain bookstore! Woo Hoo!

I got mine from Amazon, but I ordered other things at the same time which have delayed my order a bit. Oh well, I'll read it soon enough.

Congratulations PC....you have another winner. I just finished Goddess of the Rose. The mythology, the romance, the villians, the Realm of the Rose, and of course...the irony (deep voice) "you are here for the roses" *huge grin* Whats not to love!

Thanks guys! Yeah...she's there for the roses...hee hee.

Can I read the Goddess books out of order? Or do I need to begin with Goddess By Mistake?

PC Cast said...

Heather - Goddess by Mistake is not a part of the Goddess Summoning Books (I know, the title makes it confusing). GbM is my first novel - a fantasy set in the same world of Elphame's Choice and Brighid's Quest.

As for the Goddess Summoning Books - NO! You do not need to read them in order. They stand completely alone.

Yes, major congrats!!! This book is so, so wonderful and it deserves to be a bestseller. So do you!!! Here's to the top, baby!

I bought my copy! But since I've moved far far away from Tulsa, I can't stop by The Book Place to have it signed. Do you sign book plates? Where would I send them, if you do?

PC Cast said...

Malachesque - I'd be happy to send you a signed book plate. Just email me privately, phyl@pccast.net, and I'll tell you where to send the SASE.

And, OH. MY. As of today I've moved up 2 places. I'm #36, baby!

Oh, PC, you have made me a fan with this wonderful book. I saw it on Deidre's blog and I went out to Barnes and Nobles and stumbled on one of only two copies. So I chanced it. And oh man, am I glad.

I must say, I absolutely love it!!! And now I anxiously await your Goddess of Love book! Because I'm sure it'll be even better!

Thanks Monique! Check out my other Goddess Summoning Books - I think you'd like them, too. (Besides GotR, Goddess of Spring is my favorite.)

Oh, PC how awesome, I'm so excited for you!!!

I love Spring, too. But I will never forget when we were eating together and you told me about this book while we waited for our food. I couldn't WAIT to read it!!!

Lovely, I really enjoyed this book, but I truly adore the unique ending....very untraditional but true to those characters. Very nice :)

Oh, and hot. Very hot. I love hot.

And Kathy, "Spring" is my favorite as well.

Rose is *almost* as good as spring. And I think that nothing can top spring in my book becuase I really REALLY identified with Lina. BUT, Rose was a WOWER!!!

I went out and bought it and read it and will reread it as soon as I get some time.

Lady, you are one heckuva storyteller.

;)

Thanks Moon! Although I'm shocked that the hornes and hooves didn't woo you away from Hades...

moonhart said...

Well as any woman of a unspecified age can tell you, it's hard to beat horns and hooves.

;)

Spring is my favorite because of Lina's situation.

As for my favorite hero...I would have to reread them back to back.

Oh! Such a chore!!!

LOLOL!
