Hi Guys,
Several of you have had questions about where to find House of Night merchandise: jewelry, clothing, etc. Okay, here's the deal: the only authentic HoN merchandise available at this time is the jewelry you can purchase through my friend, the lovely Fire Goddess at www.firegoddess.com. Anything else you find for sale on sites like Cafe Press or Zazzle, etc., are illegal and NOT okayed by me. Kristin and I are working on the creation of a fabulous line of clothing based on the tattoos from the HoN. We're shooting for early 2011 for it to be launched. I'll post here and give you all the info, links, etc., as soon as I can. Until then I would respectfully ask that you not buy HoN merchandise from people trying to make money off my world illegally.
As a side note: it is ABSOLUTELY OKAY for you to make your own cool tee shirts and such for yourself, and even for you to share them with your friends. That's a wonderful compliment to Kristin and me, and shows how much you care about the HoN and our characters. It's selling merchandise without my permission that is not legal and very, very bad Karma. Kinda like downloading ripped off books from the internet. Super Bad Karma. (If you can't afford to buy books, borrow them from your public library - that's Super Good Karma!)
So, as soon as we have our authorized shirts and such available I'll let you know. Until then the only HoN merchandise approved by Cast and Cast is the Fire Goddess jewelry.

I appreciate this update considering I had just been looking for some HoN shirts and found some on Zazzle. Glad I didn't buy any!
Also very glad you are okay with non-profit constimized shirts because I finally got tired of looking and just decided to design my own... Can't wait for an official clothing line xD

Did Cafe Press recently become an illegal place to purchase HoN merchandise? When I first became a fan of HoN I visited houseofnightseries.com and the link to the school store sent me to Cafe Press and it was there that I purchased a third former button.
I can't wait to see what you come up with. I wouldn't be surprise if it became sold out.
Hi Juan - thanks for your thoughtful question. Yes, you used to be able to purchase authorized HoN merchandise from Cafe Press, your third former button was one of the official items. It's been recently that I've learned of the pages and pages of unauthorized merchandise on that site (and others), so my team took all of our HoN items off the site.

my mum loves Celtic designs and broaches so when I showed her the ones for the house of night and the designs in the fledgling hand book she really loved them.

I'm sooo ridiculously excited for the clothing line!! It's going to be the cutest stuff ever - I just know!! I think I should probably start saving now to be honest because I'm going to want it all!! :)

I really love Your and Kristin's series, I just read it (in about 7 days) and I totally love it.
But the translation for Czech Republic goes really slow (stopped at Hunted)...
But my mom is going to London in a week and she promised me to buy one copy of Awakened and I can't wait! (and if she has a free space in her suitcase, then she'll buy me whole series)
Also looking forward to official HoN shirts and things..

i only bought marked as an after thought they were doing a 3 for 2 offer and it took me weeks before i actually read it WOW i couldnt put it down and now im practically camped on the doorstep of the book shop when the next one is due out i cant wait for the OFFICIAL merchendise to come out not wanting to sound rude but.... HURRY UP

Melindinda - we should have an announcement very soon! The clothing line is coming along very well. It's going to be awesome. We're working on debuting it with DESTINED this fall. I'll post more as soon as I know specifics! Thanks for asking...
I just bought all the paperback books for my daughter, for her birthday; but she wanted hardbound versions so she could pin the dust cover posters on her wall. Oops! Well, plus I can't afford hardcover books. I can't find anywhere to buy the posters separately, so I'm suggesting...or recommending. Pleading.

I love your books! There was something I was wondering though. At Walmart they are selling a box set with a free poster inside. I would love a poster or even a calender that after the year is over i can turn into mini-posters all over my room!

Hi Nickie - thanks for asking! Actually, we've seen mock-ups and given our feedback - they're awesome! We're hoping to have product available by the time HIDDEN is released in October. I know it's been a wait, but we're putting a lot of time, talent, and effort into the line and I think you guys will appreciate that when you see what we've come up with.
